1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the following services provided electronically:

• Doctor referral and medical coordination
• Hotel accommodation arrangement
• Airport and local transfer organization
• Online nutrition planning and follow-up
• Travel and guest organization services

The Company acts as an independent coordination and organization service provider.

The Company does not provide medical treatment.

All medical services are provided by licensed doctors and hospitals.

2. Service Delivery

The service will be delivered after payment confirmation.

Service delivery may include:

• Doctor appointment scheduling
• Hotel reservation
• Transfer planning
• Online consultation and planning

Service details will be shared with the Client electronically.

3. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the full service fee through the website.

Payment methods may include:

• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Online payment systems

Service will begin after payment confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and coordination services:

The Client may request cancellation and refund ONLY IF:

• The service has not yet started
• No reservation has been made
• No planning has been completed

Once the service has started, reservations have been made, or planning has begun, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Follow doctor and hospital instructions
• Respect hotel and service provider rules

The Company is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information provided by the Client.

6. Liability

The Company is responsible only for coordination services.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Medical treatment results
• Doctor decisions
• Hospital services

All medical responsibility belongs to the doctor and hospital.

7. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or service interruption caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Flight cancellations
• Government decisions
• Unexpected external events

8. Privacy

All Client information will be kept confidential and protected.

Information will only be shared when necessary for service coordination.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing services through the website, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement.
