1. Digital Service Policy
All our products and services are digital and personalized. Once the nutrition plan and tracking service has been delivered to the client, it is considered used and non-returnable.
Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds after the service has been provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered in the following cases:
If the service has not yet been delivered
If the client cancels the service before the plan preparation starts
If there was a technical error resulting in duplicate payment
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
